6. Townhouses - A townhouse is a hybrid of a landed home and a private condominium. It boasts the attributes of a terraced home but shares common amenities with residents from the other units thus, offering privacy and convenience at the same time.
7. Shophouses - A shophouse is a heritage property that embodies Southeast Asia. It’s once a property with a shop at the ground level and a residence on the second level. Today, these shophouses are being refurbished and transformed into homes and office spaces.
