Since we just recently moved to Singapore, we do not know any reliable contractors and interiors that we can hire to help us renovate our newly-bought condo unit. This helps us know if a contractor, designer or project manager is highly-recommended by most people.
The CSS even has a “Basic Individual Check” section in which it features the criminal records of each contractor, designer or project manager, if there is any. This ensures that we are working with a reliable interior designer or contractor in Singapore.
Finally, the last step is submitting our quote for a “Live-Bidding” through their Shortlisters Bidding System (SBS). This required us to log-in so that we could select which contractors, designers and project managers do we want to hire to help achieve us achieve our dream condo interior design in Singapore. Once we finished selecting, the bidding starts. I like how we can view the current status of their live bidding in the bidding tracking system in my dashboard. It feels great whenever they accept our bidding invitation for our condo renovation project in Singapore.
After everything has been settled, they instantly started the renovations and finished it in a few months. I really like how they were professional in their work by efficiently finishing every phase of the project. They would also give us timely updates regarding the progress of the renovations.
